Future Value

The presentation was a posiive program for this next stage of developing the Value of our group. To me the area of helping associates find value in their own resources and the resources of their own groups. Important is to help them understand the value available for their own associates and the growth in future product value as a stymulization (sp). My history has been most succesful when the problem solving on heavy machining equipment and centers was turned over to the designer to define their modifications and customer value to be seen. I feel we have to encourage growth from the bottom up by helping associaes find what their true capabilities they were born with and confidence in their Value to the customer and their leaders. This type of development work was my goal. My associates got credit for their value. I THINK MANAGERS NEED TO HAVE IN THEIR GROUP PEOPLE WHO ARE DEVELOPING TO HAVE EQUAL VALUE TO THE CORPORATION, AND THE CLIENT. MY LAST TWENTY YEARS HAVE BEEN USING THIS APPROACH, AND DOING WHAT WE CALL MENTORING TO CREATE ADDED VALUE CREATING, BY ENCOURAGMENT ON THE PART OF ALL NOT ON EDUCATION, WHICH IS DEVELOPED AS A RESULT OF THE STYMULIZATION, IN THE EMPLOYEES HEART, HAPPINESS, AND GROWTH.
