Ready to begin

HI Mark, I am ready to begin my journey, but I dont know of a clubhouse in my local area. Is it possible to get contact with like minded people in my area to form as an A team or do I just need to go out cold and find my own team? One last question: what is the best way to stay out of the radar of the anti-civ. gov? I am a little concerned about becoming a target for them,but if thats what it takes I am prepared for that.
